Our human, religious, apostolic and professional formation does not end with Perpetual Profession; it continues throughout life. This requires a constant renewal of our personal commitment of fidelity to God in everything to better respond to his call to be for him and to serve him in those who suffer.
Continuous formation is born from the global effort that the religious assumes, with the grace of God, to remain in constant renewal of fuller fidelity to God and to the apostolic commitments of her own Charism; Taking advantage of with personal responsibility all the opportunities of community life and the special means of perfection that the Church and the Institute propose to us as indispensable.
Ongoing formation encompasses the longest and most fruitful period of religious life. The personal history of each religious has its stages, its own development, its "strong times" and therefore it is the responsibility of each one that requires an attitude of personal reflection and availability, to walk and acquire a greater knowledge of Christ and do He lives his attitudes, radiating them in his daily behavior and in the exercise of the ministry - the care of the sick.
The purpose of Formation is to offer each Servant of Mary the possibility and the means to fully realize her own identity, in a renewing dynamism of authentic fidelity, as a response to the urgent need of the Church and the Congregation.
